Shipping policy

Please note all shipments will require a person of age of 18 years or older to accept. They will have to provide ID to the courier for the item to be handed over. If this is not possible then the parcel will be returned and you will be refunded minus outgoing and return postage costs with additional charges for age verification also.

 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Parcelforce 48 – Standard
    Shipping is free of charge and is estimated to take 2 working days from dispatch.

 

  • Parcelforce 24 – Next Day
    If placed before 12pm on business days only, orders placed will be dispatched same-day. It is charged at a flat rate of £9.50 and is estimated to arrive next day from dispatch.

 

 

Please note orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Once dispatched orders may at any time be subject to delays by the courier for which we cannot be held accountable – but we will always do our best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

If an order is delayed due to incorrect details provided by the customer, we will try our hardest to get this amended for you and get the package back on track, but this can sometimes delay the delivery by a number of working days. Please double check all information before submitting your order.

Orders placed around the Christmas period are more likely to be subject to delays.

If you request a courier delivers to a safe place, and the courier can provide evidence it was delivered to this safe place, any missing parcels will be dealt with at our discretion.
